Privacy Policy

 

Dear Customer,
We would like to inform you that national and international regulations specify that those processing personal data must inform the person whose data is being treated and must also fully respect its correctness, lawfulness and transparency with the greatest protection of confidentiality and privacy.

 

The following statement is based on Recommendation 2/2001, adopted by the European Authorities for the protection of personal data ex GDPR – European Privacy Regulation n° 679/16 regarding certain minimum requirements for collecting personal data online, and in particular the methods, times and nature of the information that the controllers collecting data must give to users when the latter connect to web pages, independently of the purpose of the connection.
We would also like to point out that, for initiating and managing commercial relations with you, we shall use your personal data in full respect of the basic principles dictated by the European Parliament’s directive GDPR 679/16 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data; by directive 97/66/EC on the protection of privacy in telecommunications; by Legislative Decree 70/2003 regarding electronic commerce; by Legislative Decree 206/2003 (“Consumer’s Code”);  by Legislative Decree 196 of 30 June 2003 “Personal Data Protection Code”.

 

 

Trademarks and distinctive signs
The various trademarks and distinctive signs featuring in the site are either the property and/or used by INTERNAZIONALE DOMUS S.r.l. and access to the site does not permit the use of these trademarks and distinctive signs without the written authorization of the respective legitimate owners. All the text published on the site is protected by copyright, in compliance with the current legislation on this matter. The text, images, characters, graphics and contents of the site, as well as their presentation and processing, are either the property and/or for exclusive use of  INTERNAZIONALE DOMUS S.r.l. and are protected by applicable legislatives. The software, all the source codes and scripts for the functioning and implementation of the site are the property of and INTERNAZIONALE DOMUS S.r.l. use them in compliance with the current legislation on the protection of copyright.
Access to the site does not permit the user to appropriate, reproduce, modify, distribute or republish in any form, including partial, the information contained therein, without the express written authorization of  INTERNAZIONALE DOMUS S.r.l.  and/or the third owner of the relative right to use and/or reproduce.

Scope of information provided
This information, subject to updating, is valid for all the processing carried out by the owner with regards to the management of the data of users and visitors who voluntarily interact with the websites of INTERNAZIONALE DOMUS S.r.l.  accessible via the internet from the following addresses: www.internazionaledomus.it, www.internazionaledomus.com, www.lesdiamants.it .

It is pointed out that, by accessing this site, the user agrees that the laws and regulations of the Italian State, with particular reference to the current regulations regarding  privacy and communications, shall be applicable for all matters regarding the use of this website.

Consequently the following information  does not apply to other sites, products or services not directly provided by the owner, nor to other websites consulted through links and/or activities organized by third parties.

The site management methods are described here below, both with regards to the collection and treatment of data of users consulting the site, and to data which might be spontaneously sent by visitors to the site, accessible via the Internet from the aforesaid address and by e-mail: (info@internazionaledomus.com).

Place of processing
The processing connected to the web services of this site is carried out at INTERNAZIONALE DOMUS S.r.l. and treated exclusively by the personnel entrusted with this task.

Nature of data processed
ICT systems and software procedures for operating the site acquire, during their normal exercise, some personal data (“navigation data”) whose transmission is implicit during the functioning of the Internet communication protocols.
 

INTERNAZIONALE DOMUS S.r.l.  shall only process your data of an ordinary nature, that is: personal, fiscal, economic and commercial (details of identity documents, credit cards, bank account details, etc.) as well as telephone and fax  numbers and e-mail addresses where they have to be provided for performing the service or the operation requested. The aforesaid data is communicated to third parties only when strictly necessary for the purposes  described below.

Purposes of data processing
Purposes of data processing is understood as the reason, the scope for which the data is collected. According to these purposes the law can require the prior consent of the person concerned, so as to be able to collect and process this data. If it should be necessary, we can provide a detailed list of these purposes in a form requesting consent with which the person concerned can freely give it for all the data contained  in the request for or just for some of it. In this regard see that specified in the following paragraph.

The personal and identifiable data provided will be processed not only in relation to commitments included in the contract stipulated with customers for the consequent legal and tax obligations, but also to permit an effective management of the request made and/or relationship initiated. The data will be processed for the entire duration of the pre-contractual relationship in relation to the requests made and also subsequently for fulfilling any legal obligations and especially for administrative, tax, book-keeping and commercial aims when necessary for providing the service or operation.  The following is a summary of the purposes for which your data is used:

  1. provision of information requested;
  2. operations strictly linked to the request made;
  3. provision and marketing of goods and services requested;
  4. fulfillment of obligations of a legal (e.g. public security), administrative, tax and book-keeping nature;
  5. management of data for commercial, administrative and book-keeping purposes, including transmission of invoices by e-mail (administration of clients, administration of contracts, bookings, collecting payments, booking external services);
  6. management of legal actions (breaches of contract, injunctions, transactions, debt collection, litigations, damages);
  7. communication of data to internal/external consultants and firms in partnership with us (e.g. travel agents);
  8. internal control services (service security);
  9. management of commercial profile for promotional and marketing purposes;
  10. management of data sent (by traditional post and/or e-mail and/or via the internet and fax) for information and commercial and/or promotional communications (by post, catalogues and brochures, promotions and offers, etc.).

 

Freedom to give consent and consequences of refusal
It is necessary to grant consent to the use of data provided for the purposes given under points b), c), d), e), f)  and h). The refusal of this consent would make it impossible to initiate or continue the relationship, to the extent for which this data is necessary for carrying out the same.
Instead, giving consent for other purposes (e.g. those indicated under points a, i) and j), with particular reference to personal data entered in the request form sent to INTERNAZIONALE DOMUS S.r.l. or anyway indicated in contacts with our personnel to ask for informative material or other communications to be sent, is optional. In the event of an explicit refusal of consent for the aforesaid purposes it will be impossible to deliver the services.
For the correct processing of data, the person concerned must give timely notice of any variations in the data provided, as well as checking their correctness.
In addition, according to art. 157 of Legislative Decree 196/2006 ("Privacy Code”), the supervisory authority for privacy can request reports and information for checking the processing of personal data. In these cases, our communication is compulsory and administrative sanctions can be applied.

Methods of Data Processing

The data subject to processing is collected:

- in hard-copy data banks

- by electronic tools-

 by ICT methods.

This data shall also be:

  1. processed lawfully and fairly;
  2. collected and recorded for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes and used in further processing operations in a way that is not inconsistent with said purposes;
  3. accurate and, when necessary, kept up to date;
  4. relevant, complete and not excessive in relation to the purposes for which it is collected or subsequently processed;
  5. kept in a form which permits identification of the data subject for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed.

The processing may include -  in compliance with the limitations and conditions imposed by  art. 11 of the Privacy Code -  one or more of the operations concerning the collection, recording, organization, keeping, processing, modification, selection, retrieval, comparison, utilization, interconnection, blocking, erasure, destruction  and communication of data. Specific security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, unlawful or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

Security of Personal Data

Personal data is protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Only our personnel can access it after specific authentication and all the security procedures are in place for protecting data from privacy breaches by non-authorized personnel. All personal data supplied is kept in a secure and controlled environment and there are physical, electronic and managerial safeguards to protect it.

The user is responsible for making use of suitable IT protection mechanisms.

 

Communication, Assurance and Disclosure

We shall not disclose the data of the person concerned, meaning by this enabling any other parties to obtain it in any manner, either by making it available or through consultation.

 

The data of the person concerned may be communicated:

  1. to individuals who can access the data by law, regulations or Community legislation, within the limitations specified by law;
  2. to local and/or national public authorities, public offices and organizations, public security authorities, credit institutes, etc.
  3. to those servicing our information system and/or the software used by us, in the event of breakdowns or problems with data security for the time strictly necessary to restore functionality;
  4. to categories of people to whom the data of the person concerned may be communicated, as responsible for it or assigned to its processing for administrative and commercial management aims by order and on behalf of the owner.
  5. to those who need to access the data of the person concerned for purposes supplementary to the relationship between this person and us, to the extent strictly necessary for performing supplementary tasks.

 

The data of the person concerned can be communicated to third parties and entrusted to these for specific processing operations, that is:

  • to our consultants and external companies (accountant and professional consultants in general) to the extent necessary for performing the task entrusted to them as well as for the purposes set down under points d) and e), after a letter of appointment from us imposing the duty of confidentiality and security

 

 

Communications via e-mail
The automatic mailing of data to the e-mail address info@internazionaledomus.com entails the subsequent viewing and acquisition of the sender’s address as well as the other data contained in the message. This information will only be used to respond to requests and to provide the service required.
If it should be desired to receive news about discounts, offers and other commercial information we provide a newsletter service with voluntary access.

 

The user has the right to refuse to receive (by hard copy, internet and/or e-mail) service and commercial communications and promotional material from INTERNAZIONALE DOMUS S.r.l. not connected to the conclusion of the contract and to the purposes strictly supplementary to the latter as well as to the provision of the services requested.
In any event, the customer has the right at any time to send us a specific communication reconsidering and/or making changes to the consent given.

Cookies
A “cookie” is a short text file that is stored on the hard disk of your computer after you access an internet site. No personal data of users is acquired by the site in this regard. No use is made of cookies for transmitting information of a personal nature, nor is there any consistent use of these cookies, that is as systems for tracing users. 
 “The use of session cookies (that are not stored in a consistent manner on the user computer and eliminated when the browser is shut down) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) required for secure, efficient website exploration. The session cookies used in this site rule out the need to adopt other IT procedures which represent potential threats to user navigation privacy. These cookies do not collect user personal data identifying the user.”

Encryption system  (clearly specify the methods for transmitting and keeping data regarding credit cards)
When requesting a credit-card number, the  server uses an encryption system (specify system…) that guarantees the data transmitted against the possibility of fraud and identify theft. Credit-card data is managed with even greater security measures.

Third parties who want to effect links from their sites to those owned by us (www.internazionaledomus.it, www.internazionaledomus.com, www.lesdiamants.it) are allowed to do so by INTERNAZIONALE DOMUS S.r.l. only after prior authorization by the respective owner.  In any event, no damage to the image and activity of INTERNAZIONALE DOMUS S.r.l.  must be caused by links to this site inserted by third parties after authorization.

Interactive links between the sites www.internazionaledomus.it, www.internazionaledomus.com, www.lesdiamants.it and other sites managed by third parties are carried out by INTERNAZIONALE DOMUS S.r.l.   without any control being operated with regards to the information, products and services offered or policies adopted in these sites, nor to their compliance with current regulations.
In addition, every internet site linked interactively with ours has its own autonomy with regards to its privacy statement, distinct from that provided with the present site by INTERNAZIONALE DOMUS S.r.l. .  This latter does not exercise any check on the privacy statement of the linked Internet site. The user is thus asked to take due precautions by carefully reading the privacy statements provided in the linked sites by the respective owners of their autonomous data processing.

INTERNAZIONALE DOMUS S.r.l. is not responsible for the content and technical-operational methods of the sites linked to ours, with particular reference to the adoption of the minimum measures of IT security. We therefore recommend that users protect themselves with suitable ant-virus systems when linking up to these latter.

Transfer of data from abroad: Your data could be transferred abroad in compliance and within the limits laid down by Art. 42-43 of the Privacy Code.

Rights of the person concerned - Art. 7 Legislative Decree 196/03

1.The person concerned has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data regarding him or her, even if it has not yet been recorded, and to have it communicated in an intelligible form.

 

  1. The person concerned has the right to obtain information about:a.the origin of the personal data;
    b. .the purposes and methods of the handling;
    c. the logic applied;
    d. the identifying details of the owner and person responsible when nominated;
    e. the identification details of the people to whom the data may be communicated.

 

3.The person concerned is entitled to obtain:
a. updates or corrections or additions to the data collected;
b cancellation, conversion into an anonymous form or blocking of data processed in breach of the law, including data which does not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data has been collected or subsequently processed;
c. a declaration that the operations referred to under the previous points have been brought to the notice of those to whom the data has been communicated or broadcast, except in the case where compliance with this is found to be impossible or involves the use of means that are manifestly out of proportion to the right being protected.



4. The person concerned is entitled to object, entirely or in part, and freely:
a. for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data regarding him or her, even though it may be pertinent to the aim of the data collection;
b. to the processing of personal data regarding him or her for the purposes of sending publicity.

 

Requests for exercising the rights referred to in art. 7 of Legislative Decree n.196/03 in favour of the person concerned can be addressed to the owner of the data processing or the person responsible for it as indicated below.

Contents of the site
The user is informed that the texts, information and any other data published in the site as well as the links to other sites present on the web, except for that laid down in this privacy policy, have solely an informative purpose. Should the site accidentally present an error, inexactness or omission in the information published, the owner of the data handling does not admit any responsibility for direct or indirect damage and in any case reserves the right to intervene at any time by making corrections, changes and improvements to the site.
